Bebeeb provides a platform connecting customers with home service professionals ("Providers"). We facilitate the booking and payment process.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time
• Treat service professionals with respect
• Pay for services rendered through the platform

4. Provider Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide quality service as described
• Maintain proper licensing and insurance
• Follow all safety protocols

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Prices are displayed before booking confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bebeeb acts as an intermediary platform. While we vet our providers, we are not liable for the quality of work performed.
