Pick a service, pin your location on the map, compare offers from nearby technicians, then confirm and pay with mada or Apple Pay.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes — all prices are in SAR including 15% VAT. The confirmed price is final.
Which payment methods are accepted?
mada, credit cards, Apple Pay and STC Pay through a secure gateway.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before. If the job isn't as described, request a refund within 48 hours.
Are technicians verified?
Yes — every technician is ID-verified with a public rating. Repeat low ratings suspend the account.
Which cities are covered?
Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar and Madinah for now, with more cities coming.
